The Georgia State Police Agency serves as a foundational law enforcement training and career development program for aspiring officers. SAPA provides recruits with the essential skills, knowledge, and experience needed to prepare for future service in the Georgia State Patrol (GSP). Candidates start their journey here to build a strong foundation in policing, law enforcement procedures, and public safety before applying to the Georgia State Patrol.
